Playing with the camera.

Arthur has begun to enjoy looking at the screen on our camera to instantly see what his silly face looked like. Today were were playing in the basement and he asked me to photograph a block, a ball, and a duck. "Take a picture of that duck, Papa."
The he wanted to take pictures, too, including one of his Papa.

    oh god. i had to post 3 of these photos on facebook to show off my cute nephew! almost....almost makes me want to have a kid. but not quite. ...but he\'s that cute!

Something extraordinary happened today.

Pacifiers are a drug.  They transform a speedy body into an instantly  lethargic one and are a constant magnet for Lewis. When he's tired or  cranky or overwhelmed he'll head to his room and take a h it. Ever  since he was born he's used a pacifier ( lovingly called a gackoo in  our home). But he decided a couple days ago that he was going to give  his gackoos to Oscar (Jessica's cousin Cait's one-year-old little  boy).
