Happy 41st birthday, Jessica!
Well, sadly, I failed to get a photo of beautiful and super-old Jessica on her birthday (Dec 26th). Can't believe I'm actually married to someone in their 40's. So embarrassing. At 39 at least I can help Jessica stay connected to the younger generation. Anyway, as is our new family tradition, we went to the art museum on her birthday. Here's Netta and a real big dog.

Tsundi and Art, past and present
A couple weeks ago Art and Tsundi, our former neighbor and Art's friends since birth, celebrated their birthday's. They were born at the same hospital one day apart. tubing this summer
can't remember if I've posted this before, so.... A friend rents a boat all summer and we got invited to go tubing. FUN! THE FEAR WAS REAL!
Riding horses
Remember the epic movie "The Black Stallion"? We watched it the other night with the kids (skipped the shipwreck scene...). Beautifully shot and gently paced, felt like a movie in slow motion next to today's stuff for kids (which we also watch!). The next day everyone was riding horses... from the actual movie:
