Shazam!
Today Ben, Art, my aunt Deb and I met at 8:15am to go before Judge John Q. McShane and have my name changed. The judge asked me a slew of official questions, asked Deb and Ben if they heard the answers and believe they are true, and then he granted my name change from Jessica Austen Parker to Jessica Parker Garvin (I'm a jpg!). Then, I'm not kidding, he raised his arms and said "Shazam!" and asked to see the baby. Cool!

this here's a photo of a bunch of babies, products of the couples in the childbirth class jess and I took. So many cute warm snuggly things! Art's in overall's at right.
Art's grabbing a toy!
He is consistantly grabbing things that are near his hands and hanging on to them. He even brings them to his mouth. Interesting, this fun toy is made in Minneapolis by a company called "Manhattan Toy". Thanks for giving it to Art, Tim and Cynthia!
